Clipboard Holder
thingiverse
As a tattoo artist, I often have sketches or reference photos beside me while working on a tattoo. To keep them within easy reach, I usually tape them to my lamp or place them in front of the customer. However, this setup can be quite unsatisfactory. To address this issue, I decided to repurpose an old clip lamp that was no longer in use. The lamp is similar to the one found on Amazon at B002MXKOLI. I disassembled it by removing the screws and unplugging the cable. Next, I designed a new attachment that allows me to secure the sketch or reference photo in place. This attachment is removable, which means I can easily take it off when not in use. This clipboard-style holder can be used for various purposes beyond its original intention as a tattoo artist's tool. It can also serve as a music stand, a painting easel, or even a makeshift desk organizer.
