Clip together Spool holder (easy print)
thingiverse
You'll need to print the entire assembly with no outside parts, just glue to hold it together. To do this, you'll need to print three main components: the print plate and two legs, or if you're printing in smaller batches, you can print individual parts such as the top beam, bottom beams, legs, large clips, and small clips separately. Once printed, use super glue to connect the pieces together, except for the top beam which relies on friction to hold it in place so that you can easily swap out spools. This project was created as a way to repurpose odds and ends of material while still producing something useful. It requires approximately 30.12 meters of filament and around seven hours of print time when using a general Dremel preset with an infill setting of 100 microns.
