This is a clip to repair partially broken vertical blind clips where the part that the blind hangs on has come off but the rest of the clip remains. slot an m3 nut into the hexagonal hole inside and feed a matching bolt through the small hole on the outside so you can apply tension to hold this part against the remaining portion of the old clip.
