I recently broke my expensive two-layer anti-fog visor on an Arai helmet, rendering it useless to use the light-sensitive tint layer that would inevitably fall out. The shop insisted spare parts didn't exist, forcing me to buy a brand new visor for $180 or more. I'm not interested. This clip works incredibly well and almost paid for my printer in one go. I printed it in PLA initially as a test-fit, but it's performed flawlessly for several weeks, so I haven't bothered replacing it yet. However, annealed PLA, PETG, or ABS should work better - probably in black to enhance UV resistance. For me, the fit was perfect, but depending on your printer's tolerances, you can try scaling it up or down slightly to print.
