Clip Sanding Tool

Clip Sanding Tool

This one utilizes a clip mechanism to secure the sandpaper strip that you cut, incorporating standard 9x11" sandpaper sizes. Simply strip the sandpaper according to your desired width - 20mm (1") wide is perfectly fine - and clip them onto each end, adjusting the sandpaper tension with ease. Two types of handles are available: 9" and 11". These measurements directly determine the length of your sandpaper strip. You can choose either option to suit your needs. All parts are symmetrical, so be sure to print two of each component. To assemble this entire device, you will require at least eight M3x20 screws. This design relies on metal screws due to the immense clamping power required to hold the sandpaper in place. A fully 3D-printed clamp would not be able to withstand such forces and would likely break easily.
