A fishing rod support is designed using a clothing clip for simplicity. The rod holder can be easily moved with one hand on the canoe's two boards. This versatile support has a wide range of orientation and elevation adjustments, lockable in place. Materials include wood clothespins, stainless steel sheet metal and pins, steel springs, and an aluminum commercial knob (DIN standard).
