I have a few blinds that are no longer functioning due to the harsh sun and subpar components they were built with. The mounts on these blinds make it impossible to disassemble them without taking the whole unit apart, which is almost as expensive as buying new blinds. Clearly, someone thought this design was a good idea. I'm sharing my story in case it might be helpful to someone.
