Clip on water bottle tote for the hippies...
thingiverse
This is a reusable tote that clips onto your belt loop, featuring a base support shaped like a peace sign or chicken foot - just in case you're a fowl fan. I tweaked the latest version of the base file to print in two separate pieces for a snug fit. To assemble, simply rub both connecting components with acetone (nail polish remover) until they bond strongly together. Once assembled, I apply a bit more acetone to the top and bottom connections for added security. Attach a key ring and carabiner to hang from your belt loop. Note: Not all water bottles are created equal - some have larger bases that won't fit easily into this tote. The inner diameter of the tote is 67mm or about 2.64 inches. You might want to scale up the STL file by a percent or two for a more universal design. Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Resolution: .2 Infill: 20-25% Notes: The base requires no supports, but the top portion prints better with a few supports for the arch where the ring attaches. Print both parts, wipe the inside opening of the top piece with acetone, dip the rod's top in acetone and press them together. Apply additional acetone to the top and bottom connections and hold until set. Run the ring through the hoop and connect the carabiner clip. Attach the belt and walk around town hands-free with your water bottle.
