The universal clip-on mount is compatible with web cams and can also be used for other purposes, such as holding a magnifying glass or flashlight. Additional modules include a generic alligator clip and more. A support clip offers stability when used on the Solidoodle Gen 3 printer. Extensions provide extra swiveling length of approximately 2 inches. I'm working on developing a heavy-duty version that can hold more weight without drooping. The clip is designed to hold onto the 1.1 mm thick support of the Solidoodle and can flex up to 2 mm. A Google Sketchup file is included, as well as spare mounts for custom holder creation. I can also design a new mount based on provided rail dimensions. Standard printing settings apply with minimal cleanup required.
