Clip-on steering knuckle for Infento 7'' wheels

Clip-on steering knuckle for Infento 7'' wheels

There's just no steering knuckle from Infento available (until present) for their 7" wheels! So I decided to design something on my own, but was afraid the PLA material would not be able to pick up the wheel loads in this safety relevant place. Now the undoubtfully tough original Infento U-Joint is the part that will keep carrying the wheel load (think it's made from PA-GF). The 3D-printed steering arm is just clipped onto the U-joint, and held in place with the same bolt that goes through the M8 bearing block. You will need a M8x70 bolt, no matter if inner or outer hex. The steering arm even provides a small Ackermann effect (inner cornering wheel has a greater steering angle). I have uploaded just a single STL-file for one side, so you will need to print the 2nd part mirrored for the other side.
