Clip-On Raspberry Pi 3B+ Case for AnyCubic i3 Mega (and Mega-S)
thingiverse
I was searching for a Raspberry Pi 3B+ case that would clip onto my i3 Mega-S but found none that perfectly met my requirements. Most of them required screws and were designed specifically for the original AnyCubic i3 Mega, so I worried about clearance issues with where the Mega-S has the spool holder, filament sensor, etc. I wanted to be able to mount it either on the front or side of the printer's rails and have flexibility in sliding it up and down to choose my desired mounting height later. So I used the case by G0rki and created some clips for it by combining pieces from his original backplate with the Clip-on cable guide by Bearded_Engineer. Note that my picture doesn't show a cable management clip, but they are included. Update 03/04/2020 : I rearranged the clips to be closer together for people with smaller build plates and added a cable management clip with channels for wires on both front and side instead of one or the other. Update 03/06/2020 : Somehow, the front-mount and front+side cable management clips were a bit messed up. I fixed them. Update 03/08/2020 : I slightly improved the strength of some of the clips.
