I modified the nice 40mm Noctua clip-on cover designed by user "almost2blank" to fit my 80mm Noctua fan (NF-A8 PWM model). The cover clicks in, but doesn't fully latch on, it's just held together with friction, which works perfectly so far - the fan's vibration hasn't dislodged it yet. You can attach the cover to your fan using the clips on top and bottom or right and left - they work equally well in both positions.
