These custom-made parts were created using a 3D printer to replace faulty original components for my wife's Honda Civic, a 2002 EU model. Printing Details The prints were produced on a RepRap Mendelmax XL printer. Settings for the print included: No rafts were used and no supports were necessary. A resolution of 0.3mm was achieved with an infill density of 20%. Design Process This design was created using Inventor software.
