The clips of my cellar-neon-lamp started to fail (check out the photo with original parts), so I was asked to create new ones. I decided to design the parts in Freecad as my first assembly project. During printing, I encountered some issues with moving parts not holding properly on the surface and difficulty removing the support. My solution was to add Support Interface (Cura) and increase the z-distance of support to 0.4 mm. Now it works as you can see in the photographs. In one photo, I also took a picture of the removed support parts. I didn't print all parts on the ground, so the additional support kept them together. Update (August 19, 2019): I increased the radius of the main cylinder of the second part ("Teil2_s2") to 5.2 mm, making both pieces lie flat on the printing plate - printing works much better for me now. Plus: six out of ten clips have been replaced!
