I'm left without clips that came with my aluminum extrusion for LED strip holding, so I design a custom version. This fits the 13mm wide holder snugly and clicks right in place. Two versions are included - one without holes (tested thoroughly) and another with a hole (yet untested). For anyone using a decent 3D printer, it's advisable to rotate the model by 90 degrees on the X-axis so that it stands upright, which can eliminate bridges at the end of each clip. When printing, ABS is preferred as LED fixtures tend to get hot, and I highly recommend using high fill with a low layer height of 0.2mm. One issue I encountered was not being able to print a version with holes due to my printer's limitations; thus, I had to drill it later using an 11/64 drill bit followed by countersinking to hide the screw head. As I never printed this particular design, its compatibility for mounting screws remains uncertain... Should you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to ask! Additional Tip: Printing in batches of two or more can help with crispier results as the layers solidify faster; I recommend placing them a little distance apart. Post-Printing: Holes need to be drilled for wood screws, using an 11/64 drill bit is sufficient. For a smoother finish, use a countersink bit to ensure screw heads are flush with the surface.
