Clip for KZ earphones attached to a phone

Clip for KZ earphones attached to a phone

prusaprinters

A small clip/support for earphones (KZ in my case) to stay in one position along the phone horizontal line (see photos for a better understanding). I made this model (in Fusion 360) because the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a cheap 3.5mm jack (or mine had worn out after some time), so if the earphone's plug moves a lot it disconnects and the audio playing on the phone cuts out. Even if there are no hardware problems with your phone, you can print this in order to keep the cable in one place. As a plus, the clip also covers the front camera. PRINT WITH PETG or any some other durable material, PLA will lose its elasticity and deform too much. Print at 0.2mm layer height, with good cooling or slow speeds. The model was made for a 0.4mm nozzle, with Prusa Slicer's Arachne generator in mind.
