Clips are needed to fasten a layer of cork, glass, printer bed and PEI together securely. A small tooth on the clip digs into the cork from underneath. You may need to adjust the thickness of each clip based on how thick your cork is. This setup allows for easy flipping between printing on the PEI-glass surface and the glass side itself, ideal for certain filaments. The top part of the clip has been designed to be as thin as possible, but users with bed levelling sensors or fans close to the print surface should take care not to bump into the clips.
