This is a straightforward replacement part for hanging blinds that solves a common problem. When several of my blinds started falling down due to broken clips, I quickly designed this solution in Tinkercad and it's been working flawlessly ever since. To create the model, I used ABS and ensured it was reasonably sturdy. I recommend printing at 70-100% scale for optimal results. The part is only 2mm thick and fits seamlessly into our blinds, which should be compatible with most types of blinds. Any printer can print this design without supports or a raft, making it incredibly easy to produce. **Update**: The original design performed well, but if you have young children who tend to pull on the blinds, you may want to consider printing a stronger version. To address this issue, I've increased the hanging portion by 1.5mm to provide extra strength in areas prone to stress. This updated design has been working effectively so far.
