clip for fastening strap

I pinted this part for our birtax buggy, that uses a strap to put the baby into an upright position. The built-in clip did not hold the seat upright securely. I think the clip can also be used for other cases, e.g. backpacks or other things that use these fastening straps. I printed it lying on the side with some support which can be removed easily afterwards.
