Create multiple CD clips based on the number of discs you wish to attach. To assemble our design, remove all spokes from a bike wheel, affix each clip to a CD's spoke, placing it near the head (the flat, bent part connected to the hub), and rotating it 90 degrees until it snaps in place. Attach the discs to the clips and secure the spokes to the central structure, such as the bike's hub by bending the ends accordingly.
