Clip for boat bimini top with 7/8" poles

A coworker brought in a nylon clip from his 4 Winns boat with a bimini top that uses poles held together by these clips when not in use. One of the clips broke, and he replaced it with an unbroken one to replicate. I was able to recreate it, but mtungett72 created almost an identical version. My coworker and I couldn't figure out the purpose of the scalloped edge, so I didn't include it. The part printed well in full size, but scaling down the parts on the z-axis made them print faster without affecting their functionality. A minimal clip was also added to remove unnecessary parts.
