Clinic Deluxe 2-box insert solution (all expansions)
thingiverse
For a gallery: https://imgur.com/a/sSZnuo9 This is not a perfect insert: I made a few calculation errors but with some shuffling it is still a servicable insert. The corebox holds all the playerboards, floors, and manuals. The Extension box holds the tiles + wooden components and is divided into 3 main columns (1 for each of the first 3 extensions). The cloth bags, Extension 4+5 tiles and Covid and Biohazard components are spread around the edge. I had 2 goals in mind: reduce the amount of boxes, and try to keep the module components together as much as possible. And for the most part it succeeded. Below are improvements/workaround I would tackle if I ever get to a version 2 of this insert: - (Corebox, rest is about the expansions) the player tiles are a smidge to slim so they are at a slight angle. - Card slots are a little too snug for sleeved cards (would improve space by 1mm all around) - Extension_ICU module is currently stored in the second row of trays, but for unsleeved cards it can be stored on top of the cards in the first column. - Extension3_TempAgency tiles are stored in the spots designated for the Extension3_UrbanDesign2 slots but if you leave the cards unsleeved, you can move them to the same tile holder as Extension2_Pediatrics. Biggest lesson learned: cardboard is 2.4mm not 2.0mm. ;) Finally the Covid holder was designed last and is far from user-friendly (getting all the tokens in there), but again... serviceable. :)
