The Cliff is based on the ridge wallets. I like that you could not see the elastic band and thought having snap on covers would lead to some cool customization options. As an example these covers were printed with black and orange petg for logo style points.I've included the pretty messy fusion 360 file if you want to customize your own or add a features to the outside plates. I recommend sewing some 1in (25mm) elastic for the band for the strap. you will need about 9 inches of elastic for the main band and 1 inch for the bottom loop.   The TPU I used is a little stiff (ninjatek Cheetah). Even so it holds between 1 and 5 card tightly. If you wanted more cards you can always make the band a bit bigger or just sew some elastic. have fun. I followed this process from  Make anything on youtube for printing the logo. nice if you don't have a multi extruder/material set up.
