<p>I have modelled this to replace a broken cover. The cover was printed in white PETG.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Prusa</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>i3 MK3</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.15</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>20%</p></div> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>I have designed this to be printed without supports. It takes a long time to print, I would suggest using a lower resolution. I would do this next time.</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p>PETG has a tendency to be stringy, so I ran over the part with a cloth and followed that by a heat gun to get rid of some fluffiness.</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p class="detail-image"><img src="https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/b7/f8/d6/bb/53/20180804_152950.jpg"/></p> <p class="detail-image"><img src="https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/17/ef/20/4f/4b/20180804_153020.jpg"/></p> </p></p></p> Category: Replacement Parts
