Cleven's Ratchet with Tougher Assembly Pin

I absolutely adore Cleven's design, but I noticed that Slic3r's slicing method left the pin surprisingly weak and its tabs cracked off during assembly.\n To resolve this issue, I tweaked the pin's design so it withstands wear and tear better.\n For your convenience, I've uploaded Cleven's original Handle and Parts 2 & 3, making it easy to download the ratchet wrench. These parts and the reinforced pin are all you need to build a sturdy ratchet. The sockets are still available on Cleven's original listing. \n Instructions All parts are printed with PLA.\n To begin with, I printed the large parts (handle & parts 2 & 3) using .3mm layers and 40% infill without support. For part 3, I simply flipped it upside down to prevent any printing difficulties.\n The sturdy pin was printed at a thinner layer of .15mm with 40% infill for extra stability.\n Visit Cleven's original part for assembly instructions:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:455507 To secure the pin in place, it requires some gentle force; when you feel it click into position correctly, that's it!
