The Dorner Parts Conveyor, measuring 24" in belt width and 36" in length, features a 30" entry/eject height and 50mm cleats spaced 4" apart. This cleated conveyor is designed for collecting and processing new aerospace tie downs, with preset parts being collected, conveyed, and indexed before bundling and tying at the next station. The conveyor includes: a 3200 Series Belted end drive cleated conveyor with V-guide belt tracking, standard 3" pulley drive tail, and standard 3" pulley idler tail; a 3200 Belted & LPZ Belted Series load cleated bottom mounting package for an end drive conveyor; a 3200 Belted Series standard load parallel shaft variable speed VFD gearmotor; a fixed height stand with fixed foot pads for a 30" wide 3200 conveyor, adjustable from 20" to 24" in height; and diagonal bracing for two-legged H or A style stands up to 30" tall. The conveyor's load capacity is 286 lbs., based on a 0-degree decline angle and an evenly distributed, non-accumulated load. Stand support components provide an infeed belt height of 30" and a discharge belt height of 30". Conveyors with belt widths greater than 24" also include a return belt support rail on the underside, full length.
