Cleat 100 mm

Cleat 100 mm

On my boat I have a small cleat by Harken that fell victim to aluminum corrosion. Unfortunately it is really hard to replace, so I decided to print it myself. There are some designs on the web by Karver - very nice, but I found it very difficult to print them in decent quality using ASA.So I started to design my own, with focus on easy printability: Minimum overhangs and bridges, 45° bevels instead of round edges, flat top to be able to print it on the bed.The result looks less polished than the one by Karver, but certainly serviceable. Hardly any postprocessing work is needed.
