I got impatient today and attempted to remove a small PLA part from the heated build platform of a Replicator immediately after printing. The part was still incredibly soft, and its shape warped beyond usability, leaving me with a design disaster. That mishap triggered an innovative idea - incorporating materials that harden upon cooling, and I couldn't stop thinking about fortune cookies!
