Bespoke Tools for Perfecting 3D Prints Instructions These custom-made components are exclusively designed for ABS prints and require special deck screws measuring exactly 5 inches. To begin, carefully apply acetone to both parts of the component, firmly clamp them together, and allocate ample time for the acetone to thoroughly seep out. Next, fill the hollow interior with acetone for about two minutes, allowing it to fully drain before inserting the deck screw. Remember, a sufficient amount of time should be allocated for the acetone to completely dissipate - overnight is entirely reasonable. Subsequently, utilize your preferred tools to trim the excess screw material and adjust the blade settings to meet your specific preferences. This design was created using TinkerCad. Important Update: As of June 11, 2015, we have taken note of a crucial issue that may arise when working with these components. Should any gaps be present in the handle halves, acetone can leak into the part's interior. To mitigate this problem, instead of filling the hole with acetone, you can dip a cotton pipe cleaner into the solvent and use it to delicately soften the internal surface of the channel. To enhance your experience, we have included an additional file designed for "caddy" - a storage container that will keep your tools conveniently organized. Fresh Images Have Been Added
