This is a magnetic marker to indicate the time students need to start to clean up. In my classroom I use a projected clock (via classroomscreen.com) to show a clock, and mark the cleanup and class end times using magnetic markers so I can see at a glance how much time is remaining in the class session. You could use this marker with written times on your classroom board as well, or any magnetic surface.
