Clean Workspace - Stow away your kitchen supplies. Clean Workspace is a compact workbench that seamlessly integrates with Opendesk tables: Team Desk, Lean Desk and Lift Standing Desk. You can purchase those at https://www.opendesk.cc/. It measures 170cm in length, 68cm in depth, and stands 75cm tall. This workbench can be created from 2 sheets of 18mm thick multiplex measuring 122 x 240cm. How it was designed After creating an office full of Team Desks and Lean Desks, our customers also requested a simple small workbench in the same style. For this project, we adapted the drawing of the Lean Desk leg to create the leg for the clean desk. The rest of the workbench was derived from the leg. Once the 3D model was finished, I used a pattern to layout all the parts on the sheets (no moves were made in history mode). I then projected these parts onto a sketch to create the CNC profiles. You can find them in the last two sketches: "Outside profile all through" and "9mm pocket." The two DXF files were combined into one file, each on different layers, and prepared for CNC milling.
