Holds up to 3 credit card sized cards, ideal for carrying an ID and transit pass, or two photo IDs back to back. Works seamlessly with RFID cards where multiple cards can be stacked in the same holder - less useful for multiple bar-coded cards. Not designed for magnetic stripe cards, or any card that requires removal for use. Dimensions are optimized around a 0.5 mm nozzle dimension, featuring a 45 degree overhang. As a functional badge holder, this part is built to withstand heavy use and should be printed in a robust material. Some flexibility is also beneficial for inserting and removing cards. The prototype was successfully printed using nGen. v3 printed with nylon exhibits exceptional durability.
