Ian Brown of Thingiverse has created a couple of interesting rollers for clay or cookie dough. Vitruvian Man Cookie/Clay Roller https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3047757 Darwin "Endless Forms" Clay Roller and Handle https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2878555 The Vitruvian Man roller fits onto the Darwin handle, but it is shorter in length. A spacer here can fill the gap in the handle if you print two copies, keeping the roller centered always.
