Information: Catalog number 2020a2769 designates a significant artifact. A rim fragment of an extensive, boat-shaped pipe is discovered, adorned with effigies featuring a bird head and human face. This remarkable object is part of the North Carolina Archaeological Collection housed at the Research Laboratories of Archaeology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
