I required a tool to even out polymer clay to a uniform thickness. This roller leaves clay at exactly 0.2 inches thick, which is equivalent to 5.08 millimeters. The roller can be easily modified to create different thicknesses. To assemble the roller, you'll need two machine screws. For users who prefer imperial measurements: use 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch screws. If you're working with metric units, opt for M6 x 20mm screws instead. Keep in mind that shorter screws may not provide optimal results, so it's best to stick with lengths of at least 0.4 inches (10 millimeters).
