Claws
pinshape
I designed claws that exceed fingernails' limitations, measuring in millimeters for precision. These use small scales from Ringlord's scalemail armor, available at http://theringlord.com/cart/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=84&cat=Scalemail+Supplies. I recommend using copper, brass, or bronze due to their antimicrobial properties, as they'll be used on human skin. To assemble them, I print the claws in PLA and then heat the scale before inserting it into the base for setting, requiring a few trials to perfect the process.
