Claw Mounting Bracket for SparkFun Robotics Claw MkII

<p>The SparkFun Robotics Claw MkII (part # ROB-11524) is a big improvement on their mark 1 model. The new Pan/Tilt MKII bracket (part # ROB-11674) is also nice (if a tad pricey). Unfortunately the instructions to mount a claw to the Pan/Tilt bracket show the MkI claw. It wasn't apparent how I should mount the claw on the pan/tilt bracket with the included parts, so I designed this mounting bracket.</p> <p>This is the first thing I've designed for printing. Done on 123D Design online. The file w/o mounting holes are in case anyone wants to shift the holes - they weren't quite aligned, so I just drilled them out to mount. Also, the file downloaded directly from the app were corrupted. The file with "_apu" was made by downloading the file through the Autodesk Print Utility app. The one with "_dt" was made by downloading the .smb file and bringing it into the desktop version of the program.</p> <p>Printed the "apu" version with MakerBot Replicator 2.</p> Category: Robotics
