Claw

The term "claw isometric" refers to a type of exercise that targets the forearm muscles, specifically the flexors and extensors. To perform this exercise, you will need a towel or cloth strip and a surface to anchor it to. First, grip the towel with both hands, one hand facing upwards and the other downwards. The distance between your hands should be about shoulder-width apart. You can also use resistance bands if available. Next, pull the towel towards you by flexing your wrists while keeping your arms straight. Hold this position for a few seconds before releasing it back to its original state. Repeat this motion several times with each hand.
