Not really a remix, but I used the design from nemesis30 to create my own version for a Clausing lathe. It is quite a bit bigger than his QA-100 and wouldn't work for me so I designed my own in OnShape. The first model was one piece and support area was ugly. I redesigned to make it 3 piece to eliminate that problem. The square peg gives perfect alignment and a few drops of super glue to attach it together. It probably doesn't even need the glue.
