This is a replacement part for an old ~ 20 years old vacuum cleaner. Still quiet working especially well, but some plastic parts starting to show their age, and braking. The pipe itself is a replacement for the broken part, the clamping ring is a fix for the other part of the hose which is also cracked. Maybe can be useful someone else too.
