Retired educators made the transition to vocational education last month, seeking innovative ways to engage their students. A pressing need arose to keep young minds motivated and focused. Having successfully homeschooled our children, we created a 3D printed version of "The Happy Face Token System." This system has been instrumental in transforming our kids into high-achievers, and now serves as a model for students across the board. Roman numerals added an air of sophistication and symmetry to the token's design, making it both visually appealing and educationally rich. The incorporation of three holes enabled tokens to be easily strung together, creating a sense of community and friendly competition among students. Rewards must be tailored to individual student requests, emphasizing participation as much as competition. Be generous with contest winners, recognizing outstanding efforts with superior rewards.
