Classical Guitar - String Spacing Jig for Nut
thingiverse
This is a custom jig I created for precision cutting of initial string slots in a bone nut for my classical guitar. It's tailored for a 50mm wide, 6mm deep nut with precisely 8.6mm spacing between each string, and slightly offset to ensure the high E string sits 4mm from the edge while the low E is positioned 3mm away. The jig's slots are carefully designed to securely fit a StewMac 0.028" nut file.
