Classic Tray in 120 Sizes with Optional Feet
prusaprinters

This is a classic tray with a slightly sloped border. You find an example print project and gcode file below, and 120 models of various sizes from 100mm to 240mm.

Dimensions

The filenames of the models contain the inner dimensions of the tray in mm. To find the outer dimensions, add 8mm to these values.

LR2178-AAA-BBB.3mf

If you do not find the combination, look for models with A and B switched.

How to Print

This model works well with a wide range of materials and layer heights. My recommendations are:

Print the template with PLA (or PETG).

Select 0.2mm layer height.

Use the quality setting.

The flat side of the model goes to the printer bed.

Do not scale the model!

About the Feet

The tray itself has alignment holes at the bottom with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of 0.8mm. You can either ignore these holes or print four “LR2178-Foot.3mf” models. Glue these feet into these holes with a drop of superglue.

If you like the models, please rate them and leave a comment below.
