This project is developed in Blender 2.90.1. The video on this page shows a tour of the furnished version of this house, but the actual download is based on the image renders displayed here. This download includes a house with interior and garden, everything textured and lighting completely baked for fast Eevee renders. This model can be used for commercial purposes and works with real-time game engines. Short Description: This is a classic-style porch house with interior for Blender's Eevee and Cycles, set in the present era. It's inspired by East Coast American classic house design, combined with an original twist. This is an originally designed and modeled house that does not exist in the real world. Performance: The scene is optimized to achieve maximum performance while using minimal memory. I recommend a system with at least 8GB RAM and 6GB GPU memory. Although the Eevee viewport uses less than 3GB RAM and GPU memory, your GPU may still run out of memory if it doesn't have enough. If your GPU lacks sufficient memory, you can opt to render with Cycles on your CPU instead. The 3D grass particles are disabled in the viewport for optimization reasons but can be easily enabled in the Outliner. To further boost performance, consider disabling more layers like vegetation, interior lights, or reducing the shadow resolution. Originality: The complete structure, all elements, and garden design were originally designed and modeled for this project. The only assets imported from other projects are the trees and bushes, which date back to summer 2020. The picture frames inside the house are renders from my other projects. Eevee: This scene is specifically designed and optimized for Eevee. All lighting and reflections are baked in using an irradiance volume and reflection cubes, making this engine perfect for rendering quick animations. Every new asset added to this scene automatically adopts the lighting and reflections. Cycles: All assets and materials also work with Cycles. However, you may need to tweak the HDRI and sunlight settings for optimal results. For interior renders, consider using a flat blue color for the sky instead. Other Engines/Software: This model can be used in other engines as well, but some materials might require adjustments or replacement due to optimization reasons. Specifically, materials like white and blue wood use the same colormap with a HUE node connected to them, which may need editing in game engines or photo editing software. Some materials, such as pool water, are procedurally generated and will need to be replaced by alternative water textures within your preferred software. The 3D grass is a particle system that cannot be exported from Blender. Materials: This project utilizes high-quality PBR materials for maximum realism. Polycount: Despite having more detail than older projects, the polycount has been optimized. Objects: 867 Vertices: 316,556 Edges: 573,177 Faces: 277,564 Triangles: 550,404 Exports: All file exports are done using Blender's default settings, except for grass, car, and pool water which were not exported.
