This project is developed in Blender 2.90.1. This download contains a complete furnished house with garden. Everything is textured and the lighting is completely baked for fast Eevee renders. This model can be used for commercial purposes and works with real-time game engines. Short description: This is a classic style porch house with furnished interior for Blender Eevee and Cycles, set in today's era. It's inspired by East Coast American classic house design together with an original twist. This is an originally designed and modeled house and doesn't exist in the real world. Performance: The scene is optimized to get as much performance and as little memory usage as possible. I would still recommend a system with at least 8 GB RAM and 6 GB GPU memory. Although the rendered Eevee viewport uses less than 4 GB RAM and GPU memory, if your GPU doesn't have enough memory, you can always choose to render with Cycles on your CPU. The car and 3D grass particles are turned off in the viewport for optimization reasons, but are easy to enable in the outliner. If you need more performance, you can turn off more layers like vegetation, interior lights, or lower the shadow resolution. Originality: The complete structure, all elements, garden design, and furniture were originally designed and modeled for this project. The only assets imported from my other projects are the car on the driveway and trees/bushes. These assets date back to summer 2020. The picture frames inside the house are renders from my other projects. Eevee: This scene is designed and optimized around Eevee. All lighting and reflections were baked in using an irradiance volume and reflection cubes. This engine is perfect for making animations that are rendered quickly. Every new asset added to this scene will automatically adopt the lighting and reflections. Cycles: All assets and materials work with Cycles as well. The HDRI and sunlight might need to be tweaked a bit, especially for interior renders; you could also use a flat blue color for the sky. Other engines/software: It's possible to use this in other engines as well, but for optimization reasons, some materials like white and blue wood use the same colormap with a Hue node connected. So, for other software, some textures need to be replaced or edited using a game engine/photo editing software. Some materials like pool water are procedurally generated and need to be replaced by alternative water inside your preferred software. The 3D grass is a particle system and can't be exported from Blender. Materials: This project uses high-quality PBR materials. Polycount: Even though this project has more detail than older projects, the polycount is optimized.
