If you don't have a license but plan to resell this in a commercial project, feel free to replace all the textures with your own sourced textures. This project is developed in Blender 2.90.1. Note: The first render on this page is taken from the original house project; the trees visible in this render are not included, everything else in the other renders is included. This download contains a garage only; everything is textured and the lighting is completely baked for fast Eevee renders. This model can be used for commercial purposes and works with real-time game engines. Short description This is a 2-car garage featured in my classic-style porch house, where there's also a large driveway with space for more cars. Eevee This scene is designed and optimized around Eevee; all the lighting and reflections are baked in using an irradiance volume and reflection cubes. This engine is perfect for making animations that render quickly. Every new asset added to this scene will automatically adopt the lighting and reflections. Cycles All assets and materials work with Cycles as well, although the HDRI and sunlight might need to be tweaked a bit; for interior renders, you could also use a flat blue color for the sky. Other engines/software It's possible to use this in other engines as well, but for optimization reasons, some materials, like the white and blue wood, use the same colormap with a HUE node connected to them. So for other software, some textures need to be replaced or edited in-game photo editing software. The 3D grass is a particle system and can't be exported from Blender. Materials This project uses high-quality PBR materials.
