Classic style letter scale

This letter scale project involves several versions, all printable on a 180x200mm build plate. The creator initially struggled to find a suitable template online and, after experimentation, settled on using a (semi-) permanent marker for the small version. For this, they used an "Mr Alligator" letter holder which required some fixes before importing into OpenSCAD. They then uploaded a larger version that could accommodate more counterweights. Version 2 features a black and yellow scale. The creator suggests making the weighing platform thinner to reduce the need for counterweights, and recommends improving stability by moving the feet to the heavier side of the scale. In the final version 3, they further enhanced stability by positioning the legs on the heavy side and increasing their size. Extra arm was added to hold counterweights, while smaller connecting arms were used to allow the scale to take more weight and be more stable. Assembly instructions include printing and calibrating; PLA pieces were used for rod connections with M3 and M5 bolts as screws and nuts respectively as counterweights.
