I encountered an identical issue to Niek3d's, where the wheels' deeper rim sections were clogged with debris. Fortunately, these wheels have been repaired and should now print their rims normally. The orange wheels in the image represent the faulty units, while the gray ones signify those that have been successfully fixed.
