This is a basic poker chip design specifically tailored for dual extrusion printing, featuring a classic 39 mm diameter size (3.3 mm thick). If you're looking to replicate the standard dimensions found in cheap Chinese chips, simply scale up the model by 102.56% to achieve a 40 mm diameter.\r\n\r\nI created this design with the primary goal of having an engaging and stylish test piece that can be used for calibrating my dual extrusion setup. Each successful test print adds to my growing stash, making every effort worthwhile!\r\nThis particular design is well-suited for highlighting misalignment issues in multi-extruder setups. To identify potential problems, carefully inspect the gaps between the main body and inlays, as well as ensure that the six outer notches are perfectly flush with the edge of the chip.
