This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp while 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00 A classic Main Street motel fits perfectly into your Main Street setup, much like most any motel you've seen or stayed at. The rooms are actual motel size using real dimensions, accommodating two queen sized beds, a desk, television, and full bathroom. An air conditioner is situated under the window sill. In addition, this location features a swimming pool with deck chairs and a pool house (locked) and a front desk area that is also locked - you're not missing much as it simply houses a desk, brochure/snack kiosk, and records room. Some motels don't offer a restaurant on-site and that's the case here, while parking surrounds the building. The entire lot was included. I did receive some help with Sketchup furniture (I created my own, too) and acquired some trees/bushes from others but everything else, including the sign, was made by me alone. I've noticed a high number of motels built on this website; this model will provide a much-needed injection of healthy competition.
